Return and Refund Policy

At Open Book Beverage Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns for a refund within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the product is unopened and in its original packaging. If you wish to exchange an unopened item, please contact us at hello@openbookbeverage.co to discuss your options.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at hello@openbookbeverage.co with details of the product and the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
